These circumstances are catered for by the Airlines, ‘Conditions of carriage’, this is a contract between You and the Airline. This contract is the same for ALL tickets and you will be helped directly by the airline.
In the event of a problem/delay you should immediately go to the airline counter for assistance. Let the agent know about any connections you might have. The airline will make any necessary changes / re-bookings to help.
All our billing is done is US Dollars.
However, we try to make our quotes easier to understand and, where possible, send you a quote in your local currency. To do this we convert the US Dollar amount into your local currency using a conversion rate published by the European Central Bank. The rates are updated daily at 4PM CET. We add NO commission or fees. The final amount billed will be in US Dollars.
All airports all have a three character identifier, which is called the ‘Airport Code’, ‘Station Code’ or ‘Location Identifier’. This code is assigned by the ‘International Air Transport Association’ (or IATA for short). The need for this code arose to help pilots to positively identify an airport. Most codes are abbreviations of the city or airport name, however some are quite cryptic.
In addition to the IATA codes, there are also codes issued by ‘International Civil Aviation Organization’ (or ICAO). The ICAO codes are 4 characters in length and are a little more cryptic than the IATA codes. For passengers, the IATA codes are the ones you will see most often.

If you cancel your trip, you will have a credit with us towards future flights, subject to each airline fee and any restrictions of the airlines. Your credit can be used anytime within one year of purchase for yourself or other passengers, subject to availability for your new dates.
Yes – We have been serving our customers since 2012. Over the years we have gained the trust of our clients. The reason we continue to exist is because we have created a lot of satisfied customers. As a matter of fact, most of our customers come from referrals.
Savings of 30 – 75% over the full unrestricted published airfare are the normal for us. Of course, there are many factors that affect this figure. Some ways to maximize the saves are;
- Book as early as you can. It is true that last minute deals can happen, in our experience, the earlier you book the greater your chances are of obtaining the best deals.
- Try to flexible with your dates. If you can travel one day either side of your chosen date, you have expanded the flight possibilities at least 200%.
- On long flights, consider a stop-over. Most airlines allow a stop mid journey FREE, so you can enjoy seeing the sights of the stop-over city. Don’t forget all the pampering you can enjoy at the airline lounges too.
- Consider longer layovers. Again this can dramatically increase the flight options and when travelling in First or Business class. You can enjoy the new generation of airline lounges that offer spa and fitness options, complimentary gourmet dining, quiet rest areas (even private sleeping seats / beds), great entertainment options and full business / office facilities.
We accept all major credit cards. Normally you will see TWO transactions for your flight purchase. Firstly the Airline will make a charge for an amount to cover airline taxes and carrier imposed charges. Secondly, only after the e-tickets have been issued, we will submit a charge for the balance of the ticket.
Since our quoted price includes all taxes and carrier imposed charges, both charges will add up to the amount you were quoted.
All of our charges are made in US Dollars. Your bank or credit card company may charge a fee for converting the US Dollar amount into your local currency. We NEVER add any fees beyond the quoted amount.
When payments are transacted using a credit card, you are FULLY protected for any unforeseen problem (no matter how unlikely).
Your tickets are guaranteed by the airlines as normal, and your tickets are issued directly in your own names by the airlines.
Airlines all have a maximum advanced booking period that normally is around 11 months or 330 days. Some airlines are a little different these include ;

Note: When your flight uses multiple airlines and is booked on a single ticket, you will be limited by the lowest number of days that any of the airlines uses.

Our tickets carry the same ‘conditions of carriage’ as all airlines tickets and have the same protection as any airline ticket. In addition, when purchased using a credit card, you will have protection from the credit card company.
However, airline’s and credit card companies, do NOT protect you against illness, acts of god, family emergencies, war, weather, missed flights etc. So we STRONGLY advise all our customers to invest in good travel insurance to protect them in the areas that are not covered by the airline or credit card company.

Our tickets contain the same protections that ALL airline tickets carry. This normally only covers problems that are directly attributable to the airline, such as mechanical problems or cancelled flight. It does NOT cover problems such as illness, acts of god, family emergencies, war, weather, missed flights etc.
We STRONGLY recommend you obtain personal travel insurance. We do not provide this type of insurance, but it is easy to obtain online from many sources, and in many cases your own credit card company already provides you with automatic travel insurance (Please check with your credit card company BEFORE travel).

Yes after ticketing, these tickets allow changes or cancellations, subject to 72 hours notice, upon availability of seats and each airline change fee and particular airline ticket restrictions plus any difference in fare or taxes that the changes may create. We will arrange and request any ticket changes for you directly with the airlines.
Unfortunately the availability or pricing is not guaranteed until ticketed. Best to order now while seats are still available.
